Position Description: Motion Graphics Designer

• We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to bring MELP’s product experience to life through high-quality motion design
• You will craft engaging animations that explain features, enhance UI interactions, and support marketing and product storytelling
• The role blends product thinking, visual design, and animation craft to create polished, enterprise-grade visuals

Responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics for product demos, feature videos, and UI walkthroughs
• Create animations showcasing MELP features such as chat, meetings, AI tools, and workflows
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers
• Translate static designs into smooth, meaningful motion experiences
• Develop explainer videos, short promotional clips, and in-app animations
• Maintain consistency with MELP’s brand, design system, and tone
• Iterate on feedback quickly while maintaining high visual quality

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation work
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Solid understanding of timing, easing, transitions, and storytelling
• Experience animating UI elements, dashboards, or product screens
• Ability to convert product concepts into clear visual narratives
• Strong attention to detail and visual polish
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with SaaS or enterprise product videos
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Experience creating animations for websites or web apps
• Basic understanding of video formats, compression, and delivery
• Interest in AI products and modern collaboration tools
